Description
Our deck mounted single head drench hose is the perfect addition to standard eyewash and safety shower facilities. The drench hose provides a moveable source of emergency water which can be directed to the area most affected.
The emergency drench hoses can be used in factories, chemical plants, foundries, workshops, and any workplace that requires emergency eye wash facilities. The chrome flange at the base covers the worktop hole and allows easy access and use.
Supplied with ABS yellow plastic eye/face wash spray head with flip up dust cover, stay-open valve with squeeze lever and a 2438 mm reinforced yellow PVC hose.
ANSI Z358.1 – 2014 states that drench hoses can be used as supplements, but do not replace other types of emergency equipment.

With regards to safety eye washing, the ANSI sets standards for water temperature and flow rate, as well as location and maintenance requirements. Our safety wall mounted eye washing pods conform to ANSI Z358.1-2009.
